Do I need a MagSafe-compatible case to use the DRIPELY bottle?
No! If you have a MagSafe-compatible case, you can use the holder right away. However, we include a free adhesive magnetic ring with every DRIPELY bottle. Simply attach it to the back of your case for a stronger and more stable phone mount. This allows the holder to work with Android phones, older iPhone models, and cases without MagSafe.
Does the bottle fit in a car cup holder?
Yes, it fits most standard cup holders. Exceptionally narrow car cup holders may be an exception.
Is the bottle compatible with Android phones and older iPhone models?
Yes. Each bottle comes with a universal self-adhesive magnetic ring, which allows phones without MagSafe to also use the holder. Simply attach the ring to the back of your phone case to ensure a secure and stable fit.
Will a magnet hold a bag with a full bottle?
Yes. The strong magnetic system is designed to hold the bag even with a full bottle. It works best on flat steel surfaces such as racks and exercise machine frames. Before releasing the bag, make sure the magnet adheres with its entire surface and holds firmly.
How to attach a magnetic (Magsafe) ring?
For the strongest hold, clean the back of the case with an alcohol wipe and wait for the surface to dry completely. Then, remove the protective film from the ring, stick it in the center of the case, and press down firmly. Before attaching the phone to the magnetic bottle holder, wait about 10 minutes for the adhesive to bond properly.
Is the bottle sealed?
Yes. When properly closed, the bottle is leakproof. The straw securely snaps into place and, when folded, the magnetic ring provides additional security and a hygienic cover for the mouthpiece.
Can the bottle be washed in a dishwasher?
The bottle body is dishwasher-safe. However, the lid should be hand-washed, as high temperatures can weaken the magnet. The straw can be easily removed and washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
