Shipping and Delivery
All DRIPELY orders are shipped from Poland via tracked shipments. After dispatching the package, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Currently, we only deliver within Poland.

Free delivery will be applied automatically when the value of products in the order, after discounts, is at least PLN 159. You do not need to enter a promotional code.
If you choose InPost Paczkomat, the pick-up point can be selected after placing the order. Follow the instructions displayed after purchase or sent via email.
Order Processing Time
We strive to ship orders placed on business days on the same day. However, this is not a guaranteed shipping date.
During periods of increased order volume, preparing the shipment may take 1 to 3 business days. Most orders reach customers within 1–4 business days.
In exceptional circumstances, such as heavy carrier workload, holidays, or unforeseen logistical problems, delivery may take up to 14 business days. If we anticipate a delay, we will contact you.
The dates displayed when placing an order are indicative and may change depending on the day the order is placed, the selected delivery method, and the carrier's operations.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once packing begins or the shipment has been dispatched, it may not be possible to change details, products, or the delivery method.
This does not limit the consumer's right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Store Regulations.
Delivery Issues
If the shipment is delayed, damaged, or its status has not changed for a long time, please contact us. We will help clarify the matter with the carrier.
