Out-of-court consumer dispute resolution

After exhausting the complaint procedure, the Consumer may use out-of-court methods for consumer dispute resolution.

Assistance in resolving disputes can be obtained, among others, through the competent Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection or a permanent amicable consumer court operating at the Trade Inspection.

DRIPELY does not undertake in advance to participate in every out-of-court dispute resolution procedure. If the Consumer's complaint is not accepted, DRIPELY will provide information on a durable medium about the appropriate authorized entity and indicate whether it agrees to participate in such proceedings or refuses to participate.

The above provisions do not limit the Consumer's right to pursue claims before the competent general court.
